How many socks should I wear?
Just one pair! No really, just one! Your feet should be comfortable and warm without adding in extra socks. Wearing more than one sock can actually cause your feet to sweat and the moisture will cool down your feet.
I have a defective product, what do I do?
If you believe your Absolute product is defective, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to return it to the store you bought it from. If you are unable to return your item to its original retailer contact our Customer Care Team.
Can I combine my discount code with multiple discount codes?
Discount codes can not be combined. Only one can be used at a time.
Why can't I use my discount code on the current sale promotion?
Discount codes can not be combined with special sale campaigns such as Black Friday Sale, Holiday Sale, End of Season Sale etc. Once the special sale campaign is done, your discount code can be used.

NORTHERN LIGHTS | HOW TO USE
1) Locate the lightning bolt symbol inside the collar of the boot.
2) Lift the flap cover.
3) To turn on or change colour mode, press on the red button. To turn off, press and hold the red button for several seconds.
NORTHERN LIGHTS | HOW TO CHARGE
1) Insert micro USB into charging port.
2) Connect USB plug to computer or USB plug adapter (not included).
3) Lights will flash while charging. Flashing stops when fully charged.
